Hershey’s & Reese’s Bakery

Following a trip to the USA in 2011, we identified a strong opportunity in the bakery sector for chocolate brands. Taking learnings from success in Europe, we set out to engage with Hershey – the No.1 US chocolate brand – to seize this opportunity.

Our experience and expertise in driving innovation from concept to launch made us the perfect partner for Hershey, a highly recognised brand that is worth $7bn in the USA. We played a leading role in the development process, assisting with product development, as well as the design of all packaging, sales and marketing materials.

To ensure all products get the Hershey seal of approval, we work closely with the Hershey Kitchens in Pennsylvania and ensure Hershey ingredients are used in our approved products. We also manage factory accreditation for our suppliers to ensure that the brand’s high standards are upheld throughout the manufacturing process.

We worked closely with Hershey to ensure all packaging and promotional materials followed strict brand guidelines for consistency to ensure products won the hearts of Hershey fans across the US.

Phase 1 products, which included dessert cakes and cookies, launched into the market in January 2015.

Recent launches include muffins and brownies and we continue to work in close partnership with Hershey to develop exciting products for the brand.
