Roz Cuschieri

With more than three decades of experience in the FMCG industry, Roz is an accomplished commercial professional with extensive brand building experience gained with some of the largest food and drink brands.

After graduating from Aberdeen University with a Pure Science degree, Roz started her career on the commercial graduate programme at United Biscuits. Following a move north to Scotland, her experience has since included five years with Scottish and Newcastle, 12 years with Warburtons and five years at Genius Gluten Free as CEO; growing the brand to be the leading gluten free player in the UK, overseeing the acquisition of three bakeries and undertaking rapid international expansion.

Roz has held a number of Non – Executive positions including 9 years on the board of Marstons  plc . She currently sits on the board of Babease Ltd, N.C.F.E,. Worldwide Cancer research and is the Chairwoman of Social Bite.
